Where can I find parts? Like clutch maybe a pipe . I want it faster I just got it and it has a 144track but everything else is stock. Thanks for any help
Did you check Ebay?, or Craigs list... Look in the classifieds here. I have a set of PSI twins, but am reluctant to sell them.
I have a PSI single on it now which really runs great. I copied the porting off my buddies lake racer PSI motor while it was being freshened up and had my carbs bored too.
I had to move it along with my 2000 SRX, it felt like a toy comparison. Stil like the noise that pipe made!
I just thought about it, you could adapt a Polaris clutch to that motor like my friend had. He got a jackshaft made by MicroBelmont that fit an Arctic Cat secondary, very nice.

that porting specs would be great to see, are u willing to share those specs with the exciter freaks in here? I have a twin set of psis on mine right now but i think i´ll settle for the single this season.... (the double ones are indeed very nice but they sound way to much in the long run for my taste)... thinking of selling them but they are really hard to find these days....
btw dg still sell new pipes for the ex, check out aeen, think they have some singles there too... quite expensive though There are several different clutches out on ebay, i use the comet 108 exp on mine, works just fine, hope that this will help you.
Check the exciter knowledge 101 thread in here there´s alot of info in that one, gathered from all of us exciter freaks

I'll have to go through my sled stuff, and see if I can locate them. I think I took about .100" off the skirts of the Wisecos, and used an SX head gasket to up the compression... It was a long time ago. I think I still have a lot of the original Dyno Teck reports on it, + PSI specs for pipe jetting/clutching.
That sled had a lot of tricks, it pissed off a lot of other brand riders.
I've got a set of flatslides, and cluches off a Vmax 94 600 I want to adapt to her.
The really evil one was my budies Exciter. It had the best parts of about 10 different sleds he owned rolled into it. I rode it in Calumet when my sled burned down and it was awesome. It took him 4 miles to catch me on his triple piped SX 700. Totally bulletproof.

Also, I think Snodad1 on this site has a very nice Aaen pipe for about $225. I really wanted that pipe I just can't shell out that much $. I didn't want to low ball him becasue I think he should get close to that. Besides the pipe and a bit of clutching, there isn't much else you need to do to that sled except plastic skis.

My bad....I thought you were looking for Phazer parts!
It would be great if u could publish those psi sheets and everything u know about phazer and exciter somewhere on this site Lucky7. We are quite alot of guys sharing the same interest in these old sleds i was just thinking of getting a little more compression on mine.
