Good deal!!!!! If it happens to start again, your more than likely lookin at a new head gasket. Heck, even then w/ the amount of coolant your talkin about, I wouldn't worry about it too much untill they stopped making anti-freeze.

Mine is only 40 miles out of a fresh rebuild and runs like a pos, the coolant is down. To just above the fill mark. Should i retorque or return it to the rebuilder?
If iretorque; how many ft/lbs or inches? Thanks..... Oh there is a puddle on the head about an ounce or so

I Had a similar problem...coolant on the head...It turned out to be the coolant hose . After warm up the thing would expand just enough for a small amount of coolant to leak out ..the fix was to replace the clamp ! oh and i had to clean the corrosin off of the neck where the hose attached!

I have rebuilt over a hundred 2 stroke and 4 stroke motors over the last 25 years and never have re torqued head bolts, if you ask me your asking for trouble when loosening the bolt or nut, but maybe its the copper gasket spray i use when I reuse a metal gasket, and I always torque in 2 steps and I give it another 3 to 5 Ft lbs then the manual says to do.

Turned out it was a loose (just slightly) thermostat housing bolt, I snugged all three up (each turned about 20 or 30 degrees) and the leak was cured. Thanks; I was panicking
