I put it together last night, but it has rained ALL weekend so haven't mounted it (haha, he said mounted it heh heh) yet. Very sturdy. Just like the pic, the handles look OK, could use some tape maybe; or some foam to make it more cozy for the passenger to grip. Pad is nice quality. The rack has large openings, so carrying anything other than a 5 gl gas can (it's advertised intended purpose) will require some straps or a container to secure stuff.
Rail system to mount to the tunnel are heavy duty, and adjustment seems as if it will be pretty dependable and straight forward (Slides from a 2-up position to a 1-up position w/ 2 knobs). The next test is on the sled! Stay tuned!
