Need HELP!!!! with exhaust questions.

I have a 98 SRX that I took the exhaust off to paint. I took off the heat shields and painted the pipes and now need to put back together. My questions are....Where can I get new clamps for the shields and what should I buy?(what clamps work best?) Second question is...When I took the shields off there was no insulation under them. Is there suppose to be some sort of insulation under the shield between the shield and pipe? Any help would be awesome! Thanks alot guys, Mike
