I would like to know if anyone has info on jetting, clutching, and gearing for a Phazer mountain sled. I am building one for my son so he can ride with Dad out west. I have a 144" RMK rear suspension for it and a 1 1/4" predator track that I am going to be installing on it. Any info would be appreciated!

i have it for the 136" st models. good starting point. what elevation are you shooting for? finding gears will be your biggest challenge.
I am shooting for 8,000' to 10,000'

for what its worth:
stock gearing on the 136 models were 17/33(vs 17/29 on the shorties) if your going to regear, shoot for over 2:1 on the ratio like 16/33 or 16/35, if you can find them. your shooting for 3400-3500 engagement and 6800 shift out.
look for a white yellow white or yellow pink yellow spring(i may have some).
change out the steel rivet in the stock 89f weights with aluminum ones. if you have access, use the 14.5mm rollers. i need to dig out my chart for part numbers on the clutch parts and gears, if needed.
you will want to swap the nozzle and the main nozzle out as well along with a main jet change down to #125 or 130, depending on temps. 2 turns out on the air screw. i have pt numbers for the carb change parts if needed as well.
remember those little sleds loose alot at altitude(even the big sleds do) so be prepared to take any advantage of what they have to offer.

Thanks a ton!! I will start with these suggestions and fine tune from there. I'm sure I will have more questions as the build continues.
