Maker of 99' MM track??

Who made the MM tracks in '99. I thought it was Yokahama, but have heard that it is Camoplast.

I got one of those tracks It is a real decent deep snow track for a 136 & only weighs 48 pounds. It is a camo.

Does it have the flat edge or the notched edge? Fully cliped?
