Thanks for the input guys. I appreciate it. Another quick question. Got my top shaft in that the transfer rods and large idler wheels connect to. Still have about 1/8 inch of play side to side. I'm guessing the only way to tighten it up is to slip a tube over the shaft onto to bearing race and pound that slop out of it. Advice on that??? Don't want to ruin anything.
Other than that, only bushings bad were ones without grease fittings. Bushings are on order and gotta get some grease fittings.
Thanks again.

Just reinstalled mine recently also. Did have a little play although I would say that mine was less than an 1/8 inch. I do not believe it will hurt a thing. And I'm fairly certain that the top idler wheels were on as far as they would go. The collars ended up being flush with the shaft. Be careful if u attempt to remove that play u have by hitting them too hard. Ya don't want to damage anything or create a bind in the suspension movement.
And remember, they may one day have to come off again. If ya try to pound them on there too far, they will most likely be harder to remove next time around.

Yup cant get rid of that slight slop. I thought of shimming it with some thin washers just havent done it yet.

Thanks guys,
After digging around with a search last night I came across a post from Bluemonster a few years ago where he had the same issue. He thought he was losing his mind, which is how I felt yesterday. He ended up using some secondary clutch shims he had laying around. I'll probably end up shimming it up. I'm sure I'll have more questions as this goes on.
Thanks again,
Brian
