its been a while since I have done much work on my Viper but I have a buddy looking to put Viper Shocks on his 02 SRX. What is the best way to do this??
I sell brackets for 80 to bolt them on, you need to cut a small hole in the bellypan as they will bolt on from inside the sled.
you can run them stock width or I sell 2in widening kits for 110 that will widen out all of your stock rods 1in each from the inside so they are not seen. There is a spacer and bolt for each side of your sway bar as well.
The rears on that skid, he needs to move the bolt hole on the strap, they are the correct strap just in a different hole. he should get a set of longer upper transfer rods, I have stock ones for 20 or adjustable viper ones for 40. He will bolt these in the rear hole using nuts instead of the rod that is there now.

Ok I will let him know but as far as his skid goes he has put the Viper skid in his srx and now wants to add the shocks too.

it will ride better w/ viper shocks...but not a lot. mine were new '03 ER from yamaha. went for 1 ride & was not impressed. took all 4 back off & took to bruce @ pioneer. he revalved them. WOW, huge difference.

I Have The Betheviper's Brackets On One Of My Srx's And They Work Well. The Viperized Srx Skid Makes A Big Difference. Mine Runs Viper Spec Ohlins As Well As A Wide Kit. Totally Different Sled Now.
