From what i gather from my engine work, my service manual and reading here yamaha's do not have a thermostat? Correct?
So my question is: am i correct in assuming that with every revolution of the clutch(crank) my impeller is spinning and circulating the coolant?

My mm700 does not have one. There is a gear on the crank that's connected to the impeller and thus turns it.

the non power valved tripples don't have a thermostat. I think the srx might they have a different coolant system.
