02 SRX,last year it would only go off on a good long run, yesterday and today it would go off when I hit about 100 on the lake.Things I did to the sled this year are-
oversized idler wheels
oversized 8" rear wheels
removed cold air kit and bought new air box parts to put it back to stock, also plugged up the hole in the gauge pod.Reinstalled stock jetting
changed gearing to 24/40
new 9830 camo with 144 down the middle(replaced stock yoko with 192)
installed boysen rad valves.
any ideas what would cause this,it was damn near 30 degrees today.
thanks-Harvey

ya, the stock jetting.....its too lean, when you clutch the sled hard and run it hard, it needs more fuel, run 150,148.8,148.8, and it will be fine.

More likely the gas you have. Are you running ethanol gas or old gas in it? The quality of gas has a lot to do with it. Try running non-ethanol prememium gas in it.
