Trying to put the o-ring on the cylinder that is closest to the piston,but it's too big. Can't get it to stay in there. Stuck in snow to see if it would get smaller but no luck. Help. Starting to @%@% me off. Should i stick in freezer over nite and try then. Thanks for your help.

The best thing I have found is time...they shrink over time.. Now to speed up the shrinking process I hang them in front of the heater vent from the furnace in the shop...it took a few hours to get it back to normal.

put em in the freezer for an hour, will be perfect then

I have never..ever..had success with the freezer. If you get desperate you can cut it and crazy glue it back together..but I wouldn't reccomend it unless its a TOTAL emergency. I used to keep a half dozen orings hanging and rotate them through the race sled as needed...after they hung for awhile they shrink.
