I would just like to say the guys at pioneer performance are awesome to deal with. I bought a helix and rivets from them, well when I was installing the rivet I ruined two of them. I called pioneer to order two more and they mailed me out new ones free of charge. Did not call them looking for something free considering I knew it was my fault the rivets are bad but they just told me its no problem and would cost more in paper and running my card then to just give them to me. Ounce again awesome company great customer service will do business with again. Chris ;)!
 
I agree. I sent a set of SRX Ohlins shocks to be rebuilt. I mailed them out to them and called them a week later. They rebuilt the shocks and had them ready to ship back to me even before I gave them my credit card info.. Fast and very freindly service, very rare today so let's reward them with out business.

I too, have had really good experiances using them. Had my KYB's revalved and they worked awsome. Also purchased Their clutch alignment tool. Both times turnaround time was very quick, even though I live in Anchorage,Ak an they are in NY.
 
I've had 3 sets of shocks done by Bruce so far ( I still have 1 to go) and they have all turned out great. Also very fast turn around time and good prices.
