? IS 250 miles in ONE Day a Long Ride?

Just wondering what everyone else out there averages for Total Miles Road on a Given Day.. Just Got back from a Two day Trip to Northern Minn and road in poor to average conditions.... the only time we found Groomed trails was at Midnight on the North Shore Trail...

Table top smooth conditions, it's a pleasant cruise.

250 isn't bad even on a slightly rough trail, but i'm starting to get older and that s&!t is starting to catch up with me. i 've done about 370-400 in a day with BAD trails (on a 97sx) last year and that was hard
