Hi guys!
Bought me a new sled for the cabin a ET 340 P the odo says 2460k and I'm the 3rd owner.
My first vintage sled so what is there to look out for and such with these?
Pre season service, carb and chaincase oil? I think the seperate oil system is in order, should I disconnect it or just dont use it and premix?
Thanks
Stirllan

leave it connected and use premix in 1st tank this season. i would check the crank seals with a can of brake clean or quickstart as it has sat enough that they might be bad.

Haha weird hybrid between the original ET and the ETII. Great looking machine, might be a little underpowered with just the 340 turning that longtrack though. Seafoam in the first two tanks. I'd leave the oil system if it runs properly, but if you're heading out into extreme cold or distance, take it out and run premix.

Run 50:1 and a good 2-stroke oil.
Okay, I dont think we got seafoam in sweden but there should be something equal.
Is it just to remove the pump and lines and plug the connections on the engine? Or can I leave it on but just don't use it? No crank bearings or such that won't be lubed?
It's 151" long w reverse, won't steer other than backwards (haha) going for some new carbides and maybe go with really wide plastic skins.
