What size fuel line are you guys using to replace old or cracked feeder line that goes from the fuel tank to the pump?I need to replace mine on my 01 SRX and the spigot fitting on the tank seems too big for 1/4 and 5/16's is a fraction loose.I don't have many options around here for size choices it'll end up being whatever the local auto parts place carries most likely but I was just curious what you guys have found to work.

I usually just order Yamaha line. You can use the sponsors here and you will have the right metric size, good quality and its not much money. Throw a couple maintenance items and make the order worthwhile.

I have been using the blue polyurethane tubing from Lemans. I use the 1/4" ID tubing which is pliable enough to be able to work it over the tank fitting. I bought 10 ft. of a variety of sizes of this blue hose from Dennis Kirk. I find the blue polyurethane tubing to stay flexibel for a few years unlike the clear Tygon tubing which gets hard and brittle within a few months.

Who has the correct metric line? Rich?

You can look at the schematics on Port Yamaha. Rich would let you know if you message him, not sure if I ever saw it on his website
