I see no one here on this board has said anything about the scamming going on at E-Bay. A '03 RX-1 to "buy it now" for $2900.00 and Firecats for $3000.00 I read on hardcoresledder.com one guy found 28 fraudulent ads including trailers Check these two posts and on the Firecats(4x) he uses the same pictures. I asked qestions about a 04 Sabercat for $4300.00 and said it was his wife's machine and that they lived in Portugal and he would ship it free thru Fed-Ex and wanted a money order only. Some are from Netherlands, Russia, Italy. I looked back on the Sabercat and E-Bay had pulled the it off their listing. www.ebay.com then in "what are you looking for" enter these numbers 2447627706 & 2447924826 individually. I looked at a couple more unbelivable prices on machines and E-bay has taken them off. Hopefully E-Bay will stay on their toes about these scams. They attempted to steal my wife's user ID and Paypal account password.

these scams have been posted before. like they say if it looks to good to be true it most likely is.
heres some more helful info.
If they say it is a safe trade because you send the money western union to a name of your choice to there addy, then you change the name once the machine arrives, it is a scam. They have it sent to a foriegn country where they have friends, make up phony IDs with the name you specify on it, and BAM your money is gone. I played with a couple of these guys last week, just to pi$$ them off. The are hacking into ebay aqnd the names of the people they are listing under. So ebay will not help you if you get scammed. If it looks to good, ask them to send it cod, and if you don't like it you will pay return shipping. Also copy all emails and go to ebay services and report them. You will need a good spam filter, cause it really makes em mad. And for Gods sake don't give them your name and addy. So in sumary if they won't do cod or ebay escrow, don't do it.
