I live in Canada and use a parcel depot in Maine to have my packages delivered to that way I don't have to mess with brokers and(cough cough ) duty 
.Anyway this fall there was a bit of a pissing match between the 2 depots in the city I use for delivery and now we have to use some number on anything shipped via USPS but not couriers.Recently a couple of things I bought were tracked and not delivered,undeliverable as addressed according to the tracking info.Now what happens to these parcels,will they be held at the post office for me to pick up or what?
