You guys always have the answers, so here goes: I'm going to install an Ultra II skid plate on my Viper and I was curious about drilling the mounting holes. Anything vulnerable I need to watch out for? What about the holes closest to the bulkhead? Do they miss it or actualy go into the bulkhead. I know this is a simple task, but the instructions don't say jack, and I don't want to fudge anything up by being a dumb@$$. Thanks!

I just installed mine last week. I just made sure I didn't go in any farther than the length of the rivets. I used the bolts with washers in the front 2 holes and rivits in the rest. Installation was very easy. As for the holes in the bulk head they just miss it, going through a double aluminum layer.
You should have no problems installing it's a piece of cake.

Andy: Thanks a bunch. That's exactly what I wanted to know about the bulkhead. I know it's an easy job, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't overlooking anything.
