painting hood vents

has anyone painted the hood vents on thier sled?

I am torn between painting them black, white or silver
any suggestions?

silver is where I am leaning because it will go with the stock graphics and yami blue

Go with white they look sick did it to my sxr!!!!

From my experience i would say powder coat them over painting them. With a good prep job they will last way longer then paint will. But for color that is all up to you.

i went black to keep the stock look, dirt and grime dont show as easy. but white and silver both look good.

I got an 00 Sxr 700 I just painted my vents and bumpers red now she red white and blue lil different don't look to bad
