Bought a Viper S skid with non rebuildable shocks. Sled had 3200 miles..not sure how to assess if these shocks are done for,or not?

Buy some aluminum body kybs. Send to pioneer... Or OHLINS if you can find them...

For IL that is...That's perfect..i can ride from my back yard to a forest preserve I call my test track..but beyond that probably 5 miles of ditch banging to get to either the Chain of Lakes or WI trails so I will probably just trailer...going to Minocqua 12/30..hoping for cold and snow!
