2001 Srx making weird noise?

It's no big deal just irritating, I have a weird but very quiet crackly noise at low rpm. Goes away at high rpm say 6500rpm. Almost sounds like a shorting wire but not, just to kinda give you an idea of sound. It's very annoying has anyone had a issue like this? It's impossible for anyone to hear besides the driver. Hmm. I haven't really looked for anything out of the ordinary, sled runs fine, engages normally and revs good. Any ideas? :letitsnow

Hmm I think I found it, exhaust related. That nut that keeps the silencer box on is gone. I think it's the growlers just bouncin and vibrating around on the stud.

On a different topic, I left my sled out for the first time in the cold, went to start it and had no lights/ lights on the dash/ or power on the rpm needles. It was dead but the sled was running for about 3-4 minutes then came back on once it was half warmed
Up... Weird.
 
Wire rub thru. Search the topic on this forum. Lots of places to check out on your sled for bare exposed wires, etc.
 
My 2001 does the same thing there was a thread about the load relay i think needs to be dryed out or something along that line.

THATS NOT A RUB PROBLEM. MY 2002 DOSE THAT TO. WHEN THAT RELAY IN EXTREME COLD IT WILL LOCK UP UNTIL SOME ENGINE HEAT GETS TO IT. NORMAL!! 3:16 (yammie tony)
 
Ah, k that's great news!!! Was on a little bit of a freak out!!!!

On a better note I went for a small legit ride and all I can say is Dam.. Why haven't I Owened one before!? What a beast of a skidoo, actually Kinda scary fast to ride. I'm so happy I finally bought my dream sled!
