Right now i have 136in extension on my viper. I want to go to a 144 either with extension or a new skid with a 2 in track. Just wondering if anyone had any advice and if there has to be anything done to the clutching.

I also went with the extensions off the stock rail & also did a skid re-location. I geared down 1 tooth on the top gear to a 21. I installed a green spring & 51/45 helix on my secondary. Track is a 1.5 challenger paddle w/ stock drivers. You are going to have to switch to 8 tooth drivers with a 2 in. track.

super1c sleds looks awesome and i was thinking bout doing a seat mod ad putting a nytro taillight on, was that difficult to wire up?

Suprx125 what is a skid relocation and with that combo does it have any more power or better response?

No lights were a piece of cake. I have the wire code wrote down in my notes if ya need them. I think they are even in my post when i was figuring out what wire goes where.

Thanks that will definitely come in handy later on. I live about 45 min south of you, bout time we get a little snow around here

A skid relocation means moving the skid mounting points further back in the tunnel, thus reducing the approach angle of the track which reduces trenching in deep snow. I have yet to try this clutch/gear combo. The gear recommendation came from Tom Hartman, which is the guy who built my kit. Check out his page, hes a sponsor here. The clutch setup came from advice from guys on here. It looks to be promising, but seeing we live in MI, no snow....no testing. :letitsnow
