I have four 1st gen Phazers and the track are not the best. I want to change them from 116" to 121" or 136" tracks. What is the best way to do this??

Put this in the sled section! You will get more response there, this is it web sight help place! Good luck I have not a clue!!
going from 116-121 is as simple as moving the stock skid back 2.5", along with the associated bracketry. going to 136 is a bit more involved.
