Track change for 1st gen Phazer

I have four 1st gen Phazers and the track are not the best. I want to change them from 116" to 121" or 136" tracks. What is the best way to do this??

going from 116-121 is as simple as moving the stock skid back 2.5", along with the associated bracketry. going to 136 is a bit more involved.
