i have a stock 2002 srx with the following clutch setup hauck 51-43 helix red secondary spring set at 6-1 70 deg wrap and w-w-w prim spring with 8bu-10s not sure what rivets are in them have to check is green primary spring better in the secondary or red for radar running

I have had alot more performance with 8BU 10 weights with a 38/50 or 40/50 helix. The www is a good primary spring for that setup. For top speed you want to keep your twist on your helix low to see max mph. The green spring has more belt pressure than the red. I am sure YAMMIEGOD is going to pipe in here at some piont lol with more advice on dialing in the 8BU10 setup.

well today i ran the same setup ran 112mph and changed to another setup in primary maxx white spring 8bu-10s loaded advant edge helix not sure the angle dosent say with green spring at 70 ran best at 118mph but the helix that was on it when i done 112mph was the hauck 51-43

lol ya im very happy with it hopin to get more out of it tho

that was only 1000ft but ran the lenght of mud lake today and best was 115.4 mph but let off twice cause to many jack asses cutting people off but not a thing could touch it today she runs hard and thanx guys got a little more clutching to do and hopin to see 120+

Travis I have a hard time believing you ran 118 in 1000 feet with snow on the ice! I'm not slamming you, I really wish you could get that done. I just know what a good running SRX will do in 1320 on clean ice is closer to 113/114 with trail track and trail studs. If you can run that fast in 1000 feet you will dominate the pro class at nbssr this year with a trail sled. Good luck bud. We will be looking for you.

sorry dan i misworded that i did a 108mph pass was like 1000-1200ft the 118 pass was around 2200ft she died out today tho did 2 passes before running out of fuel only got 115.4 in 2000-2200 ft

ya it ran real strong yesterday dan only thing that gave me a hard time was a xcr 800 with htg pipes reeds and clutching not bad for a little stock 700 with a 280lb driver

280 POUND DRIVER ? OH MY GOD. MY 02 RAN 110 WITH THIS SAME SET-UP ON GLARE ICE WITH A 150 POUND DRIVER IN 1000 F.T.. 3:16 (yammie tony)
