i have a stock 2002 srx with the following clutch setup hauck 51-43 helix red secondary spring set at 6-1 70 deg wrap and w-w-w prim spring with 8bu-10s not sure what rivets are in them have to check is green primary spring better in the secondary or red for radar running

I have had alot more performance with 8BU 10 weights with a 38/50 or 40/50 helix. The www is a good primary spring for that setup. For top speed you want to keep your twist on your helix low to see max mph. The green spring has more belt pressure than the red. I am sure YAMMIEGOD is going to pipe in here at some piont lol with more advice on dialing in the 8BU10 setup.

I think you mean 50-38, or 50-40? How are your RPM's? I personally like the green spring for for 1000'+.

24 tooth top sprocket will get you there BTDT. Low or no snow conditions 120 is not a problem if you have the room.

Travis I have a hard time believing you ran 118 in 1000 feet with snow on the ice! I'm not slamming you, I really wish you could get that done. I just know what a good running SRX will do in 1320 on clean ice is closer to 113/114 with trail track and trail studs. If you can run that fast in 1000 feet you will dominate the pro class at nbssr this year with a trail sled. Good luck bud. We will be looking for you.
