anybody know if a 340 enticer engine will fit in a 78 et250 or 79 srx 440 chassis?

A 300 Enticer is basically a 250 tunnel with a 340 bulk head. The difference in the bulkhead is the a 250 used 3 motor mount bolts and the twins used 4. Also a 340 is 2.5 inches wider than a 250. I hope that helps.

so would a 300 or 340 bolt in to a 250?
A 250 only has one chassis motor mount in the rear and the left front mount is in a different position.
did the swap in a 1978 enticer you can make the motor work with some fab work to motor mounts the big problem is there isn't any room for the gas tank 250 bulkhead has glove compartment.the tank is under the hood.the 340 enticers have a tank setup like a exciter they are on the outside.900zrcat said:
