What does the tors system actually disable when it sees a problem? Fuel, timing, etc?

Timing is retarded by a program that has been installed in the cdi.Simple on/off switches that work properly only when there is the right amount of play in the slack of the cable at idle to first applying pressure on the flipper.Its important to set idle first, than the play of the cable, and you will never go any faster with a tight cable it will give you problems when the bars are cranked all the way to one side or one day out in the trails after something has moved like the bar rotation,flipper location or cable location under the bar foam padding thru the holders past the air box.
