Engages around 4000, tops at 7800-8000. Noticed when getting burried in pow my belt would slip and smoke. Not enough sack to get snow packed track/suspension going. Sled overall runs great and hangs with other 600s. Need more bottom end. Stock gearing 23/39 70link. I have a 19 and 21 top to try. along with 68 link chain. Was thinking I wanted 19/39. Now after many searches it seems 19/39 2.05-1 may be a tad low. So I also have 21 coming. 230 pounds dressed. Any suggestions on what set up to try 1st.

What kind rideing you doing trail mtn? Trail you wanna be around 1.80 ratio mtn u want to be around 2.0 ratio

What sled. Sounds to be clutched incorrectly. Should be grabbing the belt. Wrong belt. ??

Pulling ice fishing stuff/trail/deep pow/off trail were others dare not go. 500 mile stock belt. Fits perfect. Tad over seccondary. Sled rips good. Others have been impressed. Got caught twice last year boondocking stuck were it did not wanna turn track. Lots exsposed with xtc. Sled is as signiture. All gears and snow should be here by thursday. Try to ride a few times a year with buds from gaylord. Maybe i need the soft stock size belt. Huge thanks. Cannot not quit tweaking sled.
