Number of clips

How many clips on a stock 121 viper? Missing a few and the rest are worn.. Same amount on a 99 srx? None missing, just worn down to rubber in a few places
 

Just removed all clips. They were toast. Came off with almost no force. Got a part number for these clips? This is exactly why this site is great. I will post some pictures of the sleds when there is white stuff on the ground. Thanks guys!!!

2 PLATE, REINFORCEME - 8EA-47113-00-00
3 METAL, SLIDE - 8EA-47115-00-00
 
I remember when we used to replace clips on the tracks. Once all the clips are replaced and installed, you basically are very close to the price of a new track. Again, if the clips are worn that far, the track is probably worn out too. Good luck Al
 
Got the tool. 96 clips will cost about $100.00. Pry 2 or 3 hrs to clip out. The track has 3000 miles. It's perfect when inspected. Are the guided clips necessary? Local powersports said they didn't have a part number and said their book did not call for guides. I don't know I thought they were absolutely necessary
