A warning about buying from craigslist/kijiji

found this thread on another site I visit locally.Good read about when you buy private stuff thru craigslist or kijiji. Never really thought about this before..buyer beware for sure,especially when you are carrying a wad of cash with you.

First member from this site I ever met (rlbock) was prior to me joining....Had $2800 cash in my pocket, took 00 srx for a test drive hammered out a deal paid in cash and loaded it up. I spend way to much time on craigslist and have bought and sold alot of stuff over the years and havent ever had a problem with anybody in person (alot of REDICULOUS calls/text/emails) I usually walk around with at least a grand on me cuz ya never know when your going to stumble across a smoking deal. Granted my balls are a little larger than average but havent had a problem.....Could be my appearance in general though!

I agree with you there. You get the good deals by having cash on hand to pull the trigger when they surface.
