Torquing the head bolts tonight on my viper and #13 according to the manual stripped. I figured something was up when I reinstalled and one bolt was 1/4" lower than the rest. I know the "right" thing to do is to pull it apart and install a helicoil. This is a spare sled and most likely wont see 500 miles this year. Can I get by running it with one stripped head bolt or am I really pushing my luck? Stock engine with ~5200 miles on it.
If that was my sled, no way would I run it with a stripped head bolt. Thats just my .02 though.

Yeah, right after I originally posted this I said to myself "I'd never do this to someone else's sled I work on, why would I even consider it on mine?" So, back apart it came. I'll pick up the helicoil later today and do it right. Guess I was just frustrated. I hate making backwards progress.
