i have been getting bombarded with questions about many of the old sleds like the exciters enticers gpx's srx's phazer's ex 570's and some vmax 540 's
while i have no problem helps us yamaha gurus out

is there a area that we can post clutch set ups yamaha TSB's jetting and just common knowlege about these sleds like the tech section on the home page or just have a sticky in this and the vintage section to get users to this section ...as a sled mechanic that has been working on these sleds for years i have a lot of set-ups and many TSB's and what does and does not work for many of these sleds from years of working on them and racing them plus alot of testing with stuff that does not belong but works well

plus i think it would help alot of our members and new members access the FAQ for many of these sleds

while i do not know every answer to every issue without the sled in front of me and i do not know everything about all of these sleds many others can post answers and TSB and such that i do not have

Im sure MrSled wouldnt mind us making a Sticky with Older Yamaha FAQs if you want to fill it in with what ever mods and tech tips you have, or you could add links to topics that you have already gone into detail, into the sticky post.

And other tech info on the TY Home page that unfortunately most users dont see(or feel its easier to just post and ask a common question without searching first)
