I just got done rebuilding my sled. When I turn on the key the power values wind up the twitch and I don't know why any thoughts. I think the still do it when its running as well.

if it twitches then cables are adjusted to tight and eventually pull thru will happen.Re adjust them properly.

X2 on what he said about "valves". If it does it when the sled is idleing normal I think you have bigger problems. If it twitches/jitters when you have idled below 900 rpm (via engine warm with choke partially on) Then they are adjusted to tight. Servo trys to settle into neatural, gives up for a second trys again,again,again...etc. Back them off a little ways and start over.

Per the tech pages. If your viper is the ER version or at least E (electric start) you can skip the "idle below 900" process and just turn your key on.
