Hello,
Just got back from a good weekend of riding and before I went I knew the left rear rivits to the mount were loose but they are the larger ones. Well while out on the trails I looked at the right and left rivits and the 5 on each side that you can see all jiggle. No big deal really I'll order the complete set of rivits for it before it gets real bad. So yesterday I was cleaning off and lubricating the sled. I rolled it over on it's side and took a good look at the mounts and what is involved getting at them. The rear 10 are simple. The 2 most rear rivits also secure the rear of the belly pan. How much of the belly pan needs to be removed to get at the front rivits? I really don't want to remove more rivits than I have to. And yes I thought about just using bolts in place of the rivits but would rather go the more permanent route. Any ideas or help is welcome.

I used stainless steel 1/4" phillips head bolts with nyloc nuts. Still going strong after 3 full seasons! Much easier than rivets and you can get them at your hardware store.
