Hey,
I just got a '97 600 XTC, I'm thinking it's time to service the shocks. Being the XTC, it's got the rebuildable KYB units on it. I've been servicing the suspension (forks & shock) on my dirt bike(s), and most of my buddy's stuff as well for the past 7 years. I can't seem to find a whole lot of info (videos, pics) on how to get the job done on these shocks.
Most of what I've found is "send it to John Doe", these can't be that much more difficult to service than a KYB/Showa piggy back shock.
Can anyone help me out with some info ?
Thanks in advance..
