Well finally got out for a ride today! Put on 45 miles and the 500 ran great! I did not break in the belt exactly as planed but I do have a lot of belt squill when stopped but I think it just needs more breaking in. Right now it sits flush with the secondary so I got no clue? I did manage to hit a 6 in water pipe with my right ski but I so no damage. It was muddy with a 0 to 3 in base but it shore was a fun ride!!!! Be safe out there!

With the "flush" description you sound okay but look at the 3 bolts on back side of secondary, they should have an 8mm head on them. With new belt there should be no shims, old belt should have have shims. If they are in there take them out and see if its any better WARNING put them in a zip lock bag or something, DONT loose them! PRICEY for a lil washer!

I took my belt off and washed it again and getting ready for this weekend to do our first major ride. I got to replace my sliders next after I hope it is not a bear of a job as I have heard it is!
