Got these 8CR-10's today, looks like 4.5g inner and 2.7 g outer.Anyways total weight per arm is 46.5 grams. Looks like around 2-3 grams heavier then the 8DG setup I have.Profile looks almost identical, but heavier tip on them weights.Guess I should just drop them into the clutch and see what gives first before adjusting any rivets. What do you 600 guys think??

no one has any advice..then I'll run them with tip empty,4.5 g inner..w-w-w- spring,14.5 rollers,51/43 helix green at 70 and see what happens.
The weight of the arms would be the same as the 8dg's when they were loaded..if rpm's are to low,I will go to stock primary spring..but shall see what gives.Might be next week cause I will be riding the heck out of my SRX...

I ran them in my 700 sxr with b-w-b 14.5 and a 50-45 helix had about same weight as yours 46gs ran about 500 under rpm needed

got it set up with the 8CR's with 4.5 inner and empty on tio.Running a w-w-w primary as this is the lightest spring I have with a 51/43 OEM helix green at 70.Notice my engagement goes up to 4500 now from about 4000.But she screams good and wot is about 8600..so gonna leave it for now.Colder days rpm should drop a tad anyways. Not bad for a first attempt at these weights..

UPDATE: I went back to stock gearing..from 19 to 20 tooth upper. Now have the 8CR's with 4.5 g inner and .8g outer.Using stock primary spring and it now engages at 4000. Got stock secondary setup..Red at 80 with 47 helix.Seems to work really well now.My wot rpms are 8450-8500.Need to find a nice long stretch to try a wot run,but will all this snow and drifts..gonna be impossible for now.
