so i found a small leak on the rh heat exchanger and had it welded but he did not do a very good job so I'll have to get it welded again on Monday 
But when i Removed the chain case, the pipe that goes down to the Exchanger looks like it is rubbing or has a dent in it, when i look at the part list it seems that it is supposed to be like this but I want to be sure and post a picture of it
is this normal ?

Looks like its there for that bolt hole. but I could be wrong
