I have a 95 Vmax 600 bone stock with 950 miles. It's a a dog. I was wondering if any one has some jetting / clutching tips. I also have a set of dg twin pipes, are they worth putting on? If so does any one have some tips for running those?

I have 95 Vmax 600 I restored for my sons first sled last summer. I put GYT pipes on it kept jetting stock but went with Q8 nozzles. I also did some clutch work. I have only had it out on a lake b/c of lack of snow. I was really impressed with power. I may go leaner with jetting but want to start stock. Schmidtbros motor sports knows this sled well and can give you some ideas on mods. Good luck.

Finally got to put some miles on my '94 600

It's by no means a dog, chances are your carbs in serious need of an overhaul. Granted mine's undergone quite the change since I purchased but the thing pulls the skis off the ground and I topped around 95 this past weekend.

Stock '94 600 Engine and exhaust
Comet 108C Primary
1996 VMAX 600 Secondary and jackshaft
Polaris X-tra 10 Skid w/ front and rear FOX Shocks
Camoplast 1" track w/ 1.25" MACK Studs

I'll see if the video has been uploaded yet but she's definitely no dog. I'd check your carbs/plugs first!
