99 vmax 600 moves forward at idle

I was running my V max in the garage today and notice it slowly moving forward at idle. Was just wondering what would cause this??

Is your idle around 17-1800? Do you have the right belt? Is the idle hanging? Are the carbs clean? Can you flip off the choke sooner? That's where I would start.

your sec . needs to be adjusted, or you got the wrong belt on it
