Hey this may seem rather easy to most of you but I do not have a clue how to remove the skid on my sled. Do you have to take the shocks off or do they just come with the skid when you pull it, also how do you remove driveshaft (in steps please) I have to change jack shaft bearing and it is looking as though I have to pull the skid because it has a dropped and rolled chain case which makes pulling the chain case off impossible without removing the lower driveshaft. Appreciate any input guys this site is pretty deadly

Does anyone know a trick for not removing the skid in order to remove the chain case if not how about how to pull the lower drive shaft out from the chain case ?

skid is 6 bolts and it's out. Loosen the axle adjusters first to get some slack in the track. If you only have two drivers in there you might be able to pull the bearing on the clutch side, take gears off in chain case and slip shaft out with it still installed. Never tried it on a pro-action.

Skid is six bolts on the tunnel. Once removed with the back of the sled in the air, wiggle out the skid. Its that easy.
