I have a '03 SX Viper and am I correct that they don't need any aftermarket transfer rods? It already has two nuts on the you can easily turn, so I'd imagine that the bender transfer rods that I have will NOT do anything??????????????????????????????????????????

Aftermarket usually offers a greater adjustment window. Some have 
7.5 mm more adjustment over stock rods. If you have the Benders give them a shot. Plus you wont need tools to adjust them vs the stock.

On the stock ones turning the nuts all the way up is for the greatest transfer right?

So really the TS3 from Bender that I bought are pretty useless on a viper, Yes I know t makes it a little easier to adjust by hand but other than that I don't really need them?
Nope, not needed. However if you do install them set the factory ones to full transfer and adjust the benders from there.
