Spark plug reads (pics)

Well guys I was wondering what you think of these plugs they have about 140 miles on them, I ride from 620' to 1925' in elevation on MM 700 it has stock pipe on it but I did lean out the carbs a little (pilots,Mains and needle postions) and so far I have only run 91 octane with no ethonal.
