98 Srx Head Swap?

I have 140 psi compression on all 3 cylinders. Would I benefit from installing 00 or newer heads for more performance or is 140 enough before running into detonation problems. I only use shell v-power 93.

if you have 140lbs of compression, someone already cut the heads on it. so , no you wouldnt gain anything going to 2000-02 heads.

Thanks! Thats what I figured, Maybe I'll put in a srx 600 cdi though!
