Does anyone have a decompression cable for a ET250A or know where I could possibly get one?
8F3-12292-00-00 is the old yamaha part # for it. saying it is obsolete. might be a choke or throttle cable you could use but you would have to match it up.
my dad bypassed the one we had by welding a plug into the housing as we never used it anyways after the decompressor blew and cost us a new piston. never broke the recoil on it either and we had the sled for 25+ years.

Thanks for the info. Finding out fast that there are not a lot of parts out there for this sled. Fun project though.
