I heed a new break line for my 98 srx700. the shops say they are on back order, is there another option that i could get? maybe a car/ truck hose?

how much are you wanting for them, I only need the one. I can fed ex you a Money Order, or if you have a Pay Pal account.
My brake handle was locked this fall, rebuilt the master cylinder ( lots of gunk in it ) works now...but if you apply brake...it will slowly lock up on disk... i think there is a blockage in the line, as i can relive the pressure off the disk by cracking the bleed valve. ...So i'm thinking brake hose.

crack the brake hose at the master cylinder u will know if its the line or the master thats stock the pressure to release
I have one too if you need one,I put an extended line on mine so it's just sitting in the parts box.
