Hey guys I got a 2002 viper and when riding I noticed at 50-65 mph I get a noticeable vibration that starts in the foot boards and sounds like a airplane propeller and eventually you can feel in the handlebars, if you cruise past that thresh hold you don't feel as much through that range, but its definitely there. On the deccel it has a slight rumble in that same frame of mph. The track has studs I would also note that I lifted the motor to do the water seal, so maybe it's the clutches not aligned properly, but I'm not sure. Its definitely not at low speed or super high just in that basic range, what do you think?

Check all the driveshaft bearings and the jackshaft...also check the motor mount sometimes the bolts brake off the motor..front ones mostly

Chain case

Do not forget to check the tension on the chain case tensioner. If it loosens up it can make vibration. Just a thought

Check track tension and all heat exchanger/tunnel guards. Also as Yammigod said, change(not check) the belt

Sled has 1400 miles, put a brand new belt on it when it started with the vibration, I have yet to check the chain tension or jack shaft bearings, but it wouldn't be mis-aligned clutches could it causin belt vibration in any way. I keep the sled at a garage not near me so ill have to go and check all the issues. Thanks for the recommendations

Ill also not because this started at the beginning of the trip I rode it like this for about 600 miles and it never got worse or better. More annoying than anything else.

Im still thinking track tension. When were the studs installed?? If recent, the track could have stretched a little more. The ballooning of the track will cause it to rub the tunnel protectors , which will vibrate like crazy. Been there, done that.

As far as the belt,,,not thinking it was because of misaligned clutches, but due to a burn spot on the belt or belt coming apart. If you smoked the belt at the beginning of the trip,(a brand new belt is more prone to this) like when the sled was hard to get moving off the trailer or frozen to the ground, you could have melted a bad spot(hour glass shape) in the belt that would cause a vibration.

Good luck and keep us posted
