Im asuming your talking about your exciter. In the exciter 101 thread there are several posts about this. It seems the 94-96 Vmax and 93 Exciter sx flat slides are the ticket. The sx carbs specs would probably work pretty good for your set up and elevation. Maybe go a couple of sizes bigger on the mains to be safe and jet down from there. Maybe someone else can chime in and give a definate.
Im running the cable type TM flat slides bored to 39.5. (I think you read my post). Im trying to get my set up to go. If I get it figured out, I will post my set up......if we get some snow so I can test. Anyone else have any ideas??
As far as pistons go, I have seen many different opinions. I prefer to run oem. Although I have never personally had a problem with other brands I have used. With a .030 overbore you may be limited to your selection.

Everyone that uses them (Vmax flatslides) on our FB page says that they use SX specs as a starting point. You'll need the needles, needle jets, pilots, and mains. You can pick up the Vmax carbs for around $50. There's an issue with the throttle lever to be dealt w/also. I have a set that I'm prepping now.

Oem pistons are the agreed piston of choice. I run Wiseco's, but I warm my sled up throughly, and my clearances are set for the forged pistons (10 years of service) also, I use Klotz in my sleds exclusively... I like to take .100" off the skirt on my motors. I use the Bender Direct oil injection kit. I've never had a problem.

Those twins hit hard when set up right, they are very loud too. I have both the PSI single, and twins, but prefer the single for the bottom end pull. Clutching as you probably already know must be adjusted to realise the gains these mods provide.

Thank You my good friend for providing that tid bit. Prankster is a foundind member over there. We all still love TY! I don't know where I spend more time. Great info on both sites, most are members on both.

I shouldn't post after drinking, my spelling gets worse than it usually is. God is Great Beer is good, people are crazy.

Good Luck, John
