rx1 compression problem

i know this is not the 4stroke forum but wont let me post there i have an 03 rx1 that has a bad cylinder the end one on the right side of sled has about 4500 miles any issues with these any thoughts on what it might be i was thinking more in the line of needs a valve job hoping not rings any thoughts on this thanks or any info at all even parts thanks
