Check the weather. Rain starting Mon-Wed inclusive depending area but much warmer well above freezing. Another thaw and no base yet.

I'd have to say you about the only area in Ontario with exception of the far north. Watch the OFSC maps start going Red again. Tues is slated for a lot of rain even in Bancroft. Minden get 3 days of it and it hitting the areas most of us would like to sled in. If I was living on a trail and get good snow often enough taking advange of it then maybe the permit would be ok. But by the time most people can get out on the weekend the weather had changed again and the snow is gone. I am saving my money unless there is a sure thing out their. The trail pass would be the last thing I buy. Let them fine me. For one day I am not buying a pass.
